Today, our nation sorrows for the loss of our fallen heroes and we celebrate their love and sacrifice, for we, the beneficiaries of their courage! These brave men and women went into harms way in order to keep us out of harms way! They, like our Lord Jesus, fought for our freedom and died to make our freedom sure!
O God, we thank You for everyone of these precious patriots! We pray for their spouses, parents, children, siblings and all of their family and friends to receive the comfort that you alone can provide! May their memory be honored and cherished for our entire lives, today and everyday! May we the living and remaining, be ever grateful for the sacrifices they have made for us! May we, the Christian soldiers, proceed onward to live and die for the Gospel that alone can make us free both now and eternally!
