“Time is nature’s way of keeping everything from happening at once.”
EccL 3:1 To everything [there is] a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:
Psalm 31:15 My times [are] in Your hand; Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, And from those who persecute me.
If you are like me, you have a tendency to think that time is running out and God’s promises to you have not yet come to pass. It can make you feel as though you have blown it and have voided the promise! Of course, as Apostle Peter put it, “Your adversary, the devil…” (1Pet. 5:8) Satan is always right there to persecute you in order to discourage you, in order for you to abandon your faith in God’s promises.
Gal 4:4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son…
It is always good to remember that God cannot lie. (Titus 1:2) Also, that God will not fail one of His good promises! (1Kings 8:56) This is what is happening, you are waiting on God’s perfect time. I have grown to understand through the years, that God’s timing is perfect and is just as important as His will! Just as important as God’s timing and His will is our preparedness to handle the promise when it comes to pass!
God makes EVERYTHING beautiful in His time! (Eccl. 3:11) My friend, the time will come and it will be worth all the praying and waiting! It will be beautiful, you’ll see!
Hab 2:3 For the vision [is] yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.
