THROUGH THE EYES OF A CHILD
“If you love God, you never have to worry again.”
Luke 18:17 "Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it."
Some of the most comforting and exciting words I can remember as a child were, “Daddy’s home!” Don’t get me wrong, I was crazy about my Mom but Dad just brought a security and a comfort on another level. Today, many years later, the world news can bankrupt us of an ability to be lighthearted as a child at play. Headlines go from bad to worse. Who can we trust? Who can make it all better? Well, if you will approach our Heavenly Daddy, as a little child, you will receive His comfort and assurance that everything is going to be OK because by faith, He is always at home, at home right inside your heart.
If your present world is crazy and scary, it is good to always know that you can, like a little child, crawl up in Abba’s lap and He will embrace you, comfort you, encourage you, dry your tears and remove your fears! If Jesus is your Lord and Savior, then God is your Daddy! If you love Him, you never need to worry again!
