THE SUN IS SETTING
“We’ll have all eternity to celebrate our victories, but only one short hour before sunset to win them.”
John 9:4 "I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; [the] night is coming when no one can work.”
Jesus lived His earthly life with a driving urgency. He knew his time on earth was brief. So He poured into people all He had every day. O if we could only understand that we must live our lives the same way; to walk in close fellowship with God, intercede for souls and pour out what Jesus pours into us every day. Then on the day we stand before Him, there would be no regrets, only overwhelming joy!
The Gospel is the only hope for a hurting, broken and dying world. O how they need Him! O how He wants them! O how can we stand idly by as the masses go into eternity without Him! I say it again today, “Here am I, send me to the world!” Brother, Sister will you say it with me? Yes? If so, prepare yourself to be sent!
